Under DWR's Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) with Esri, the Department can appoint up to ten people who are authorized to contact Esri for technical asstance. If you have a techinical problem with ArcGIS desktop software, you may contact one of the people listed below, describe your problem, and they will contact Esri to initiate a ticket. Please contact someone in your program area and/or building first to ensure best results.

If you have an issue with an existing instance of ArcGIS Server or other non-desktop type product, please submit an AquaAssist ticket to Enterprise GIS Services unless directed otherwise.
